By creating an account, accessing, or using Football Bingo ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including browsers, players, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Football Bingo. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Football Bingo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

Football Bingo offers virtual items such as XP, badges, and power-ups ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that:

• •Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money
• •We may modify or remove Virtual Items at any time
• •Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and may be revoked

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Football Bingo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Bingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Football Bingo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• •Your violation of any term of these Terms
• •Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• •Any content you submit or share through the Service
