FÜT Bingo offers virtual items such as XP, badges, and power-ups ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that:

• •Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and may be revoked

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FÜT Bingo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FÜT Bingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FÜT Bingo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
